Charlene Roth-Diddams joined Associations Plus in August 2017, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning on both micro and macro levels, believing that in order to maximize the resources available it is important to understand and articulate the why before concentrating on the how.  This strategic approach ensures that decisions are made through conscious deliberation reflecting the aspiration and inspiration of the associations she works with.

With more than 20 years of event management experience Charlene understands that her creativity is best demonstrated through problem solving and forward thinking.  When asked one word to describe herself she will always say “curious”.  It is this curiosity and desire to learn that keeps her engaged and excited about the various industries she works in.
